Fish nibbling on a fish!
Partied out!
In lieu of our Thursday afternoon walk last week, Kimberly, Suzanne, and I took the kiddos to a party at the Hill House. I found a tiny Iowa State cheerleader who was at the party with her nanny... I was bummed to not get the opportunity to meet her parents and the nanny wasn't much help :( Afterwards we walked over to the Gardens. It was Emma's first time playing in the leaves!
This past Sunday we had a Halloween party with our Great Beginnings friends. Liam's (the shark) parents invited us over to their condo for brunch. We try to get together every month or so - it's fun to see all the growth and changes that a few weeks make!
The kids were encouraged to dress up for Scooters class this week. Nothing like seeing babies in costume! And Emma could spend hours in the ball pit! Next week is water week... looking forward to it!
We topped off Halloween last night with a swing past Clarendon St. Playground for a neighborhood gathering at the park. From there, we trick-or-treated our way down Marlborough St. and over to Beacon Hill. Bostonians go all out for Halloween! Here is a website to see exactly what I mean:

For the past few years we have only been observers in the Halloween festivities, but now with a kid we're welcomed and are thrilled to participate. We've also made some friends on Beacon Hill who were nice enough to have us over and introduce us to their friends also with kids.
