Emma helped her mama cast a vote today in the election! Always a fun experience. If Emma had her way she would have nibbled on the ballot to leave her mark on the process. And she was thrilled to stay up late (an hour passed her bedtime!) to hear some states report the victor. Here she is carefully considering some propositions.
The temperature has dropped in Massachusetts :( But Emma seems to like her winter gear. Especially sucking on her mittens! And her stylish fur hat seems pretty popular.
On our walk today we spotted something exciting in the Public Gardens. Lots of people were guessing it is a falcon. Whatever it is it was receiving tons of attention!
We had a few brutal nights last week... lots of crying, first by Emma then followed by both her mom and dad. However we found out on Thursday that the crying was not for nothing - Emma sprouted her two lower teeth! She keeps rubbing her tongue back and forth over them trying to figure out what is going on. You can only catch a glimpse of them if she is laughing or crying as she is tight lipped if you come at her trying to take a peek! They still have yet to really fully come in, but you can see them peaking through the gums.
