Happy 8 Months!

The Finns have been riding out Frankenstorm in our apartment today.  Patrick was able to leave work early which was a fun surprise for Emma.  She was so excited to see him walk through the door!  I was suppose to report for jury duty today but it was cancelled.  Wonder how long it will be before I receive another notice...

Last Tuesday Emma spent her 8 month birthday at daycare.  I went back to help my friend at the school for a couple days and this time Emma went to a daycare in Kendall Square.  It was a smaller Bright Horizons location and Emma appeared to prefer the additional attention compared to the other location.  Her daily reports were more positive than her first experience.  Unfortunately (but not too surprising) Emma had a cold by Thursday :(  We delayed taking her monthly photos until she was back to her happy self.

It was a nice day so we stopped at the Gardens on our way home :)
